Setup Job Roles
From The Training Register HR Home screen Click “Setup job roles” to see a list of all pre-existing Job roles or if there are none as part of the group , then click create job role.
Enter the name of the job role and then save
you will be directed to the manage job screen where you can add the qualifications needed for that role, click on add qualification link and choose from all your qualifications created in Part1 set up qualifications.
Then click save.
Return to the job list to see the qualification matrix at the bottom of the page.
